As I had mentioned in previous posts [ 1 , 2 ], I was a little unhappy with Microsoft’s Xbox Live performance on Tuesday. Rightfully so, as it was basically broken by the influx of users downloading E3 videos.
Well, yesterday, they must have asked Uncle Bill for an advance on their allowance to buy some more servers, because I downloaded about 3GB of content without a hitch. Thanks, Microsoft. You really care.
But try to fix the Marketplace interface for the future. Please. Content, both available and downloaded, needs to be better organized. And that BitTorrent idea is still a good one – that way you can use that money Bill gave you for baseball cards and candy.
